You Are: The Enterprise Solutions Architect Senior Manager will play a critical role in designing innovative and scalable technical solutions to address complex challenges during the capture and proposal process, primarily serving Federal Government customers. This role is responsible for leading and managing the overall information technology (IT) strategy and solution architecture, ensuring the implementation of cutting-edge technologies and best practices while aligning with customer requirements and organizational goals. The Enterprise Solutions Architect Senior Manager will oversee the end-to-end technical lifecycle of project solutions, from requirements analysis and interpretation to the allocation of technical components. This individual will define and implement processes to ensure successful project execution, while striving to minimize total cost of ownership and maximize performance, scalability, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise IT systems, solution architecture, and Federal Government contracting requirements, with a passion for solving complex problems and delivering value to customer The Work: Provide technical leadership in business development efforts by evaluating customer needs, presenting compelling solutions to stakeholders Collaborate with partners and vendors to develop integrated and competitive solutions Develop resource estimates, including staffing plans, bills of materials, performance metrics, and risk assessments to support technical proposal. Here's What You Need: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 6+ years of experience in IT architecture, solutions development, or a related field, including experience working with Federal Government customers. Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and network architecture. Familiarity with Federal Government IT standards, regulations, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP). Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges, identify innovative solutions, and assess associated risks and trade-offs. Experience in developing and executing technical strategies that align with business and customer goals. Proposal Development Experience: Knowledge and experience in the full lifecycle of business development, from vetting customer requirements to crafting winning technical proposals. Experience developing staffing plans, bills of materials, cost estimates, and risk assessments for technical proposals. Bonus Points If: Advanced Degree 15+ years of industry experience Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, ITIL, or CISSP.
