About the role

Enterprise clients bring complex operational problems to MaintainX, and the PMO Manager ensures they leave with measurable outcomes. You'll lead a team of project managers and solutions consultants delivering professional services to our largest clients - and build the systems that let that delivery scale. Own delivery outcomes across the enterprise PS portfolio: projects land on time, in scope, and with client satisfaction that drives retention and expansion. Build and continuously improve the PMO's playbooks, tooling, and templates so delivery quality scales without requiring you in every conversation. Partner with Sales and Solutions in pre-sales to scope, resource, and plan enterprise engagements before they start - turning ambiguous client needs into executable delivery plans. Run the portfolio view: track utilization, profitability, and risk across all active engagements; act as the escalation point on complex or at-risk accounts. Develop your team - coaching PMs and solutions consultants to grow in craft, confidence, and client impact. Requirements

  • 7+ years of project/program management experience in a professional services or consulting environment
  • 3+ years leading a PMO or managing a team of project managers
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex, client-facing enterprise engagements simultaneously
  • Experience acting as an executive-level escalation point - you've navigated difficult client relationships and brought them back
  • Fluency in the financial mechanics of services delivery: utilization, margin, forecasting, contract compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience with PSA tools (Mavenlink, FinancialForce, or NetSuite OpenAir)
  • Agile certification (CSM, SAFe) or equivalent
