Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 12 years of relevant experience including 4 years experience successfully managing and delivering mega and/or super mega projects
- Serves as the primary client liaison and manages the project team to deliver the scope, schedule, and budgets to completion and to the client's satisfaction.
- Assists with client project scoping and contract negotiations as needed
- Preparation of project reports, memorandums, presentations, reports summarizing brainstorming, and project correspondence including letters, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor Quality Control / Quality Assurance Program for Pre-Construction Activities, specifically in the space of Comprehensive Development Agreement.
- Participate in meetings with DOT, General Engineering Consultants, and Developer/Contractor, and may be required to facilitate such meetings
