About the role
We are representing our client, a well-established FMCG retailer, to look for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to lead and manage a group of Area/Cluster managers. Job Responsibilities Lead and manage a group of Area/Cluster managers to deliver business plan and KPIs within budget. Accountable for overseeing the clusters of stores to ensure activities are effectively carried out. Involve in the analysis and forecast of market trend to assist stores to stay ahead of competition. Train and develop team members in established techniques and skills, procedures and company policies to reach a higher level of efficiency. Conduct routine supervision to ensure all corporate strategies and directives are implemented and well executed at the stores. Involve in strategic planning in areas on store refits, new store opportunity as well as merchandise displays. Perform any other duties as assigned by Management. Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Operations Management or related disciplines. Minimum 10 years of experience in multi-site management role overseeing multiple stores. Proven track record in managing Area Managers, Cluster Managers or Store Managers within a retail environment. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams. Good business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance, operational excellence and customer service standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. Numerate and tech-savvy.
