Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global market access strategies over the lifecycle to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for the company's urology and hematology portfolio and upcoming innovations across key markets.
  • Lead Payer Evidence Generation planning, including health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) as to support the product value proposition of established and in-Licensing products
  • Prepare and deliver value dossiers, payer submissions, and evidence packages to support pricing and reimbursement negotiations.
  • Develop the pricing strategy and potential negotiation models (including competitor analysis)
  • In-licensing Support : Provide market access insights and support for the in-licensing of new drugs, ensuring they meet market access and reimbursement requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional market access teams, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial functions to align global strategies with local requirements.
  • Your profile
  • Academic degree in health economics, economics or natural sciences
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in a market access consultancy or in a market access role in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience and proven track record in the managing, creating, submitting, and defending dossiers projects and health economic evidence towards HTA agencies (focus on AMNOG). Additional experience in other European markets is a plu
  • Thorough understanding of health economic models & evidence
  • Excellent project management skills and intercultural competence
  • Team player, openness and ability to work in matrix structures
  • Fluent English and German
