As the Senior Director of Retail Sales, you will lead a geographically dispersed organization, helping bridge the gap between our physical retail footprint and our digital platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding regional sales strategy, managing operational budgets, and developing a high-performing team. If you are a strategic leader who excels at translating complex initiatives into actionable field execution-and you are passionate about creating a seamless customer experience across all channels-this is your opportunity to drive meaningful impact at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Retail Strategy: Direct sales and customer experience efforts across our Retail and Indirect channels, translating senior-level strategic vision into actionable steps for your territory.
  • Bridge Digital and Physical Retail: Roll out and manage cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth, such as converting digital abandoned carts, expanding digital partnerships, and executing 5G plan rollouts.
  • Manage Financial Operations: Oversee financial reporting, manage operating budgets, and monitor sales outcomes for all stores in your assigned area to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
  • Develop Sales Action Plans: Analyze sales results and performance reports to develop targeted action plans designed to consistently increase sales productivity.
  • Empower and Develop Leaders: Foster leadership qualities in your direct reports, motivating and coaching them to achieve high-performance results while leading geographically dispersed teams.
  • Champion Compliance and Culture: Foster a work environment built on purpose-driven behaviors that enable employee engagement while strictly ensuring channel compliance with the Business Code of Conduct and Sales Compensation Plan.
  • Drive Customer Retention: Serve as the senior management escalation point for critical customer issues, working cross-functionally with other channels to identify and resolve retention bottlenecks.
  • Execute Complex Deliverables: Facilitate meetings, evaluate operational issues, provide solutions, and communicate seamlessly with senior-level executives to drive results against pressing timelines.

Requirements

  • Six to eight or more years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Experience leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams with varying levels of employees and positions.
