Schedule: 15-20 per week, on-site 3 days per week Duration: Ideally end of June through September Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older and currently enrolled in an accredited college or university WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO Travel & Logistics Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation directly or through travel agents Liaise with touring crew to align itineraries, accommodations, and logistics Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries and schedules for artists and team Anticipate and resolve travel conflicts or last-minute changes quickly and independently Artist Support Assist with personal needs such as reservations, gifting, or day-to-day errands Provide general support for artist activities including release rollouts, show announcements, and social media Operational Support Maintain artist records and internal tools such as Master Tour, Notion, Google Drive, and shared calendars Track and follow up on team projects and tasks Keep internal databases organized and up to date Ensure clear communication and consistent documentation across platforms Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative needs Support additional operations and cross-team projects as requested Physical Requirements/Work Environment Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
