The HOCF will prepare and present phase gate presentations alongside commercial teams, providing detailed plans supported by financial metrics. Success requires establishing and reviewing financial and non-financial KPIs that drive business performance. Process Excellence & Innovation The role demands identifying and implementing process improvements cross-functionally, streamlining workflows, and ensuring projects adhere to approved benchmarks. Beyond managing existing processes, the HOCF must bring creative, outside-the-box thinking while resolving complex technical, operational, and organizational challenges across SEEK. Line Management & Team Development The HOCF will directly manage a Finance Business Partner, providing leadership, coaching, and ongoing development. The role requires strong people leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and develop talent while maintaining accountability to high performance standards. The successful candidate will have: MBA or equivalent in Business Management, International Business, Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 10-12 years post qualifying experience in a large corporate preferably with diverse presence in Asia Pacific countries Previous experience in a multi-national setting in a similar role that requires strong understanding of financial controls, accounting, reporting and business partnering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present financial information and analysis to various audiences in a manner that ensures their understanding Experienced in phase-gate review processes for new product launches Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment, whilst prioritising tasks and applying high levels of attention to detail.
