The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: As a Sales Manager (New Acquisition) reporting to the Head of Sales in our Sales team, your purpose will be to lead a team of Team Leaders and oversee sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers. You will be instrumental in driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing: Team Leadership & Development : You'll lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to help them reach their full potential. You'll foster a high-performing culture where everyone is motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets. You'll conduct regular performance reviews, set clear expectations, and provide constructive feedback. The current team structure consists of 24 FTE's and 3 Team Leaders (if you led at least 15 people sales structure, we might be looking just for you!). Strategic Sales Planning & Execution : You'll be the architect of our sales success, developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans that align with company revenue goals. This includes defining target markets, setting ambitious yet achievable quotas, and outlining the strategies we'll use to win. You'll own the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification : You'll become an expert on the beauty industry landscape, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. This involves identifying untapped market segments, anticipating shifts in demand, and spotting emerging opportunities to expand our customer base and drive new revenue streams. You'll be proactive in bringing new ideas to the table. New Market Development & Product Monetization : You'll play a crucial role in identifying and developing new markets for Booksy's products and services. This could involve exploring new geographic regions, targeting different customer demographics, or identifying innovative ways to monetize our existing offerings. You'll be a champion for growth and expansion. Sales Performance Tracking & Analysis : You'll be data-driven, closely monitoring key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost. You'll prepare regular reports for management, providing insights into sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending corrective actions. You'll use data to inform your decisions and drive continuous improvement in our sales strategies. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. Polish and English proficiency. It will also help you to have: Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns. Experience identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.
