Responsibilities

Requirements
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, or related discipline) required .
- Master's degree in Engineering or Facilities Management preferred.
- Experience and Skills
- Required:
- Typically 6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities engineering, maintenance, or utilities management within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industrial environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, utilities, and infrastructure supporting manufacturing operations.
- Experience managing contractors, service providers, and facility ‑ related projects.
- Working knowledge of EHS, regulatory, and compliance requirements for industrial facilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross ‑ functional teams.
- Proficiency with CMMS, technical documentation, and standard engineering tools.
- Preferred:
- Experience supporting GMP or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Project management experience for capital or infrastructure projects.
