Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods while performing manual handling tasks.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Good communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to prepare accurate operational reports and communicate information effectively.
• Willing and able to work rotating shifts.

💰 Salary: $3500 - $4200/month + Allowances + Bonus 📍 Location: East, Singapore 🕒 Full-Time / Permanent Role Job Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational, productivity, and quality targets. Monitor daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and service level requirements. Conduct daily team briefings, communicate operational updates, and prepare performance and productivity reports. Provide on-the-job coaching and guidance to team members on warehouse processes, work instructions, and best practices. Monitor team attendance, coordinate training activities, and support employee development and performance improvement. Identify, escalate, and assist in resolving operational or production issues in a timely manner. Support new product/model introductions and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. Coordinate with production, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material movement. Provide backup support to Warehouse Supervisors and assist with daily operational planning when required. Ensure workplace cleanliness by maintaining 5S standards and enforcing company safety, quality, and compliance requirements. Assist production teams and perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.
