Represent the college at public engagements to promote enrollment when asked.Admissions Processing:Interview with new students, provide career advisement, assist students with the full admissions process, and review student applications for admission.Provide guidance on admissions requirements, financial aid, and possible scholarships.Use CRM/SIS systems to track, document, and communicate with prospective students using the provided contact strategy.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred OR an associate degree with four (4) years of relevant experience, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in student recruitment, enrollment, and/or retention initiatives in a post‑secondary setting preferred.Knowledge of higher education student services, including admissions and registration procedures, preferred.Proficiency in CRM systems and student information platforms preferred.Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively with students and provide accuraHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time offFlexible schedule
