- Familiarity with Chat GPT in the workplace
- FINRA Series 6, 63 and SEC S65 registrations and state insurance licenses required within established timelines.
- FINRA fingerprinting required.
- Strong partnering/collaboration skills enabling her/him to drive collective success in a multi-channel enterprise.
- Demonstrated and proven advisor relationships within assigned regions
- Familiarity with retirement plan-based and retail managed accounts solutions.
- CFA, CIMA or comparable designation a plus

The Custom Solutions Sales Dir will represent all Empower affiliated investment offerings including sub-advised funds, affiliated target date funds, capital preservation strategies, Institutional Separate Accounts, as well as retirement income products and investment servicing solutions such as Dynamic Retirement Manager and Managed Accounts.
