Delivery Lead (Agentic Commerce Initiative) - Contract or Permanent

About the role

As the Delivery Lead, you will establish the governance and execution framework required to move the Agentic Commerce initiative from vision to reality. You will manage the intersection of product optimization, technical visibility enhancements, and a major strategic partnership.

Responsibilities

• Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Agentic Commerce initiative, ensuring all workstreams are tracking toward key milestones.
• Governance Framework: Design and implement robust internal and external governance structures to manage decision-making and accountability.
• Stakeholder & Partner Management: Act as the primary operational interface for our Google partnership and internal product leadership.
• Dependency Management: Identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies across technical, product, and data workstreams.
• Tracking & Reporting: Establish recurring governance cycles and program tracking to ensure transparent reporting on progress and risks.
• Technical Requirements & Experience
• We are seeking a delivery professional who thrives in high-scale, fast-paced environments where the technology is rapidly evolving.
• Project/Program Leadership: Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream initiatives with a track record of successful delivery.
• Strategic Governance: Strong capability in designing governance frameworks and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
• Partnership Management: Experience managing external global partnerships and complex vendor relationships.
• Agile & Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with agile methodologies and a solid understanding of AI/product technology delivery.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical milestones into executive-level progress reports.
