- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Interest in data analysis, retail, and customer decision-making
- Comfortable working with numbers and learning new tools
- Experience in Tech & Durables, FMCG, or market research
- Experience presenting insights to clients or stakeholders
- Exposure to consulting or customer success environments
