• The ideal candidate will have :
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Competitive Intelligence, market intelligence, or platform management within a complex Business-to-Business (B2B) enterprise .
• Strong knowledge and deep experience with the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, including a proven ability to leverage integrated artificial intelligence tools for actionable insights .
• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science (BA/BS) degree in business, marketing, or a related analytical field .

Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled, experienced, and motivated Competitive Intelligence Operation Lead to join our Global Customer and Market Intelligence team . In this role, you will be responsible for leading the enablement and management of the Crayon Competitive Intelligence platform and the Clozd Win-Loss platform, transforming fragmented market signals and direct buyer feedback into actionable strategic advantages . You will act as the Center of Excellence lead for Crayon and Clozd, overseeing their successful integration with commercial systems and driving platform adoption across sales, product, and marketing teams to improve win rates, optimize product roadmaps, and enhance go-to-market strategies.
