  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team, are highly motivated, with a sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors.
  • Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar discipline (CFA or CAIA is a plus)
  • +7 years of relevant financial services industry experience (including a prior experience in a Big 4) with good understanding of alternative industry operations
  • Demonstrated expertise in valuation methodologies and practices, combined with strong leadership skills to effectively support the management and organization of the team in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational and documentation abilities, with a proven capacity to structure workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure high-quality deliverables across all valuation projects
  • Knowledge of the local regulatory requirements in relation to AIFM and Luxembourg Funds
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint required, strong appetite to use of technology
