We are actively seeking a Professional Services Director, Brazil . The role will report directly to the General Manager and will be based at Rimini's São Paulo Corporate Office. Position Summary The position responsibility is to collaborate with several teams and entities to identify, structure, position, and monitor Professional Services across a wide number of customers and platforms. Current portfolio of customers generates high demand for solutions this position will resolve through bringing full suite of Rimini capabilities along with applicable professional experiences to bear. This will require innovation and leadership and an ability to work in matrixed and high growth organization. Field Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management and Marketing, Legal, and Client Service are examples of organizations the position will routinely collaborate with to bring innovative solutions to install base customers. The position will bring experience working through development of Professional Services resulting in a clear Scope, Approach, Schedule, and Outcomes favorable to Client and Rimini Street. The position also represents a key innovation channel which shapes value propositions into offerings which range from tactical to potential new markets. As a member of the leadership team the successful person will grow skills across a variety of Professional Services and Sales capabilities and rapidly expand span of control and influence. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Build a book of business through engagement with Rimini Street Sales and Clients Represent a pipeline of opportunities on a periodic forecast call Maintain executive relationships with key customer leadership Engage in oversite, not management, of projects to ensure focus on value, quality, and outcomes Represent unique regional market challenges to Rimini Street leadership organizations through formal and informal channels Develop Account Plans for Strategic Customers focused on developing Professional Services and Rimini Street Solutions Lead and Develop Business Cases (internal and client facing) to substantiate recommendations Prepare executive level sales materials focused on outcomes and value and constructed at the appropriate detail level Lead focused and prescriptive Road-Mapping discussions with Clients Demonstrate skills in Consultative Selling approach to business development Engage with Professional Services Delivery leadership to scope and estimate projects Collaborate with Professional Services leadership to engage in continuous improvements Assist with developing sales materials including value proposition pitch decks and budgetary proposal templates Lead extended sales teams on strategy, offerings, and selling Professional Services Additional Duties and Responsibilities Grow awareness of Rimini Street unique value proposition across personal network; share messaging and gain insight from this endeavor Education & Certification Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree highly desired LEAN or Six Sigma certification, preferred ITIL and COBIT awareness or certification, highly desired AWS and Azure awareness or certifications, preferred
