Responsibilities

Requirements
- Diploma or degree in business, communications, social sciences, or related field
- Interest in fundraising, partnerships, or social impact work
- Strong writing, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in non-profit or charity sector is an advantage

The role plays a key part in nurturing relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders across the People, Public, and Private sectors. Through effective coordination, research, and communication, the Executive helps strengthen HIA's network of supporters and ensures that fundraising initiatives, partnerships, and engagement activities are well-supported, well-documented, and aligned with organisational priorities and values.
