We're building the operating system for home-based healthcare - the scheduling intelligence, the clinician tools, the logistics coordination - everything that has to work perfectly so a clinician shows up at the right door at the right time with everything they need. It's a hard and important problem, and we're just getting started. The complexity is real: real-time scheduling optimization across dynamic clinician networks, last-mile logistics that make Uber Dispatch look simple, integrations with every flavor of EMR and payer system you've never heard of, mobile-first tools that have to work in spotty cell coverage in someone's living room, and the compliance surface area that comes with handling PHI at scale - we need to build it all, and we want people who think this stuff is genuinely fun.
