Pure Paws Clinton Hill is part of a growing three-hospital NYC network, and we're hiring an operator who wants to own the business, not just run the floor. With a Medical Director, Operations Director, and Nurse Manager already in place, you would the practice drive growth strategy: marketing, financial performance, client retention, and team development. Schedule: Full-time, salaried position (approx. 40 hours per week). Typical schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours meetings and Saturdays. Flexibility and discretion in creating schedule. Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.
