Global Quality Documentation, APAC

Responsibilities

• Manage customer questionnaires, statement, quality agreement and other quality and food safety documentation as customer requested within time frame and meet their expectation.
• Responsible for creating a new quality statement, review, approval, and upload into the Document management system.
• Manage quality document relate to the product that manufactured from other sites and work closely with site quality and regional quality documentation team (North America, South America, EMEA, Asia Pacific) to collect the document related to the product quality assurance and compliance.
• Manage new project of APAC digital transformation system for customer quality document as assigned.
• Identifies opportunities and implements solutions to continuous improve work process efficiency and accuracy
• Proactively communicate document availability to relevant manufacturing sites, ensuring customers can approve

Requirements

• Bachelot's Degree in Food Science, Chemistry or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC in Food/Ingredients industry and Quality and Food safety management system such as GFSI, Halal, Kosher, ISO9001, GMP/HACCP, ISO14001, ISO 17025, non-GMO(IP) and basic knowledge in country regulation.
• Experience in HACCP, Food safety mitigation plan/risk assessment and food safety auditor.
• English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Experienced in SAP QM or other regulatory compliance system.
• Strong planning, organizing, and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and process
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulatory framework relevant to APAC markets
