Football Coach (Freelance)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the training and development of an assigned team (Girls: U14 / U17 / Open | Boys: U15 / U16 / U17 / U19).
• Plan and deliver structured coaching sessions aligned with the team's development stage, focusing on physical, technical, tactical, and psychological growth.
• Conduct training sessions at either the East or West Centre , depending on team allocation and programme needs.
• Identify and nurture individual player potential through progressive training methods and personalised feedback.
• Mentor and support players in their personal development, promoting discipline, resilience, and character both on and off the field.
• Collaborate closely with other coaches and staff to ensure alignment with Tasek Sailors' overall football philosophy and developmental objectives.
• Prepare the team for competitions through match preparation, performance analysis, and constructive post-match reviews.
• Maintain administrative standards , including attendance records, player assessments, and match reports in a timely manner.
• Participate actively in coaches' meetings, training reviews, and professional development initiatives.
• Available to work on Saturdays .
