Operators - Production, QA & Warehouse ($3 - 4K+++ Bonuses - MNC - East)

About the role

Our client, a leading global technology manufacturing partner, is expanding their local operations. We are conducting a mass hiring exercise to fill multiple vacancies across their production, quality, and logistics departments. Available Roles: Production & Assembly Operators (Assembly, Pack Out, Cable Labeling, Rack Cabling): Responsible for the physical assembly of technology hardware, precise cable routing, labeling, and final pack-out processes. Quality & Test Operators (Quality Inspector, Test Operator / RLT): Responsible for running diagnostic tests on assembled hardware, troubleshooting defects, and performing strict quality assurance inspections before deployment. Warehouse Operators: Responsible for inventory management, material handling, and ensuring production lines are continuously supplied with required components. Mandatory Working Hours & Shift Pattern: Shift Work is Required: Must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts. Timings: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 8:30 PM) and Night Shift (8:00 PM to 8:30 AM). Rotation: Shifts are rotated on a monthly basis. Schedule: Average of 16 working days per month (e.g. 4 working days per week). Breaks: 1.5 hours of break time per day. Rest Day: Sundays are fixed rest days.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, or logistics is highly advantageous.
