- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Finance, IT, and business users to gather and validate requirements.
- Provide solution recommendations and technical guidance .
- Communicate risks, timelines, and progress effectively.
- Documentation & Post-Go-Live Support
- Prepare detailed technical and migration documentation .
- Provide post-migration hypercare and production support .
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions .
- Mandatory Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Essbase / Hyperion / Oracle EPM.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Essbase / Hyperion to EPM Cloud migration implementations (MANDATORY) .
- Strong hands-on experience with: Essbase (BSO & ASO)
- Hyperion Planning / EPM Suite
- Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS / PBCS / FCCS)
- Proven expertise in: Migration strategies, tools, and LCM
- Data migration and reconciliation
- Strong experience in: Calc scripts, MaxL, and business rules
- Data integration tools (FDMEE / ODI / Data Integration)
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with: Groovy scripting and REST APIs in EPM Cloud
- OCI architecture and deployment
- Familiarity with: Agile / DevOps methodologies in EPM implementations
