As a subject matter expert, you will consistently work to improve our suppliers' performance and the quality of our products. Supplier Auditing: Own the auditing process across all supplier management phases, including potential analysis, Cooperate Social Responsibility audits, initial sample process audits and comprehensive process audits. Supplier Development: Lead and support supplier quality and cost improvement activities. Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Mechatronics, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in supplier quality, manufacturing quality assurance, or a development role within the industrial or consumer electronics sector. Profound knowledge in applying quality assurance principles and tools (e.g.,Control Plan, SPC, Poka-Yoke, FMEA). Strong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why Analysis, six sigma). Proven experience in conducting process audits, ideally with a formal qualification as a VDA 6.3 Process Auditor or a comparable certification. Deep expertise in a specific material domain (e.g., Plastic parts, PCBA, cells, stamped parts, printed products, casting), coupled with a solid understanding of the associated manufacturing processes. Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is essential for clear and effective discussions with internal managers, technical experts, and our partners at the supplier.
