  • Event Coordination: Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, venue setup, materials, vendor and volunteer coordination, and on-site support.
  • Reporting: Regularly track and report on multi-channel (e.g., social media, website, newsletters, events) project metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, and conversions) and analyze data to identify insights and optimize current and future initiatives.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records, standard operating procedures, and department planning and business continuity documentation to support continuous improvement.
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of related marketing and project management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience managing projects and tracking work through project management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Ability to multitask effectively and work cooperativel

It reports to the Executive Director of Branding and Marketing and supports marketing planning and execution across the OSS portfolio which includes Campus Operations and Planning, Campus Services, Central HR, Discovery to Impact, Real Estate Planning and Strategy, Texas Institute for Electronics, and University Housing and Dining.
