Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to clarify project objectives and requirements for tailored design solutions
• Prepare, draft, and present design proposals and solutions to clients to secure project approval
• Communicate proactively with clients to address concerns and ensure alignment with project goals
• Research and evaluate material options and source products to meet design specifications and budget
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify work quality and compliance with design standards
• Coordinate closely with suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality deliverables
• Supervise project progress to ensure adherence to schedules and completion deadlines
• Manage both new and ongoing projects to meet defined goals while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction
• Perform site surveys and prepare detailed site reports for project planning and execution
• Required competencies and certifications
• Proficiently use Photoshop, AutoCad, Sketch-Up, 3D Max, V-Ray, and Microsoft Office to develop and present design solutions
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills by resolving project challenges and ensuring smooth workflow
• Apply knowledge of structural drawings, building regulations, and construction processes to ensure compliance and quality
• Manage projects effectively using project management methodologies to meet deadlines and goals
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project coordination
• Possess experience in architectural coordination or project management roles to oversee project execution
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Hold a diploma or degree in Architectural, Interior Design, or related field
• Exhibit a meticulous, self-motivated, pleasant work attitude while working independently and collaboratively in teams
• Demonstrate ability to work under tight schedules and meet deadlines
