The Assistant Coach for Men's Lacrosse assists the Head Coach in the planning and operation of the Men's Lacrosse program at Cornell University. This includes planning and executing team practice and competitions and providing input on player evaluation and other decisions and work to advance the team. In addition, the Assistant Coach will actively support the scouting of opponents and the development of Cornell players. The Assistant Coach also has both on- and off-campus recruiting responsibilities, to identify, encourage and evaluate application and acceptance of student athletes at Cornell in accordance with the Ivy League, NCAA and University policies as assigned by the head coach. This is a 11-month, full-time position that will end on 6/30/2030. The salary range is $69,700-$76,858; final offer will depend on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with up to 1 years of high-level, competitive college lacrosse experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledgeable of NCAA rules and regulations. A valid driver's license is required to perform recruiting responsibilities Experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience with video editing software. Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members.
