Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of restaurant supervisory or management experience
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, team-first approach
  • Ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost controls
  • Comfort with basic technology and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to motivate a team and maintain a positive culture
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Food safety and alcohol service certifications as required
