Responsibilities

- Partner closely with medical, regulatory, market access and supply chain teams.
- Ensure alignment across functions to deliver compliant and impactful business outcomes.
- Engage appropriate external stakeholders, such as healthcare institutions and relevant decision-makers across the Gulf region, in line with GSK policies and local regulations.
- Team leadership and capability building
- Build, lead and inspire a high-performing, diverse team across multiple Gulf markets.
- Develop organizational capabilities in sales, marketing and leadership.

- Key qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree in a scientific or business discipline is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience in oncology and/or hematology with a strong track record in these therapeutic areas.
- Deep scientific understanding of oncology, including disease biology, treatment paradigms and evolving clinical data.
- Proven ability to translate complex scientific insights into effective commercial strategies.
- Significant senior leadership experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial roles (sales and marketing).
- Demonstrated P&L management experience with consistent delivery of business results.
- Strong track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management in oncology.
- Experience in Gulf markets is highly preferred, with strong understanding of local healthcare systems, market access dynamics and regulatory environments.
- Established knowledge of key stakeholders in the Gulf region (e.g. health authorities, payers and leading oncology centers) is a strong advantage.
