Responsibilities
- How you'll make an impact:
- AI Integration & Automation: Implement AI-powered observability, predictive analytics, and automated tools to track compliance, build network optimization dashboards, monitor utilization trends, and eliminate repetitive tasks through intelligent scripting.
- Security, Governance & Compliance: Incorporate robust security controls, AI-driven anomaly detection, and threat analysis into overall system implementations while establishing standard processes and network environment governance.
- Troubleshooting & Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex network infrastructure issues across WAN, LAN, VOIP, DMZ, and cloud environments, cooperating closely with Development Operations and providing reliable on-call IT support.
- Technical Leadership & Strategic Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert to mentor and guide team members, evaluate design risks, set project implementation frameworks, and provide strategic technical direction or roadmap recommendations to management.
- What you'll bring to the role:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Network Engineering or within the IT field, ideally working within a technical/engineering organization or high-technology industry.
- Network Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience with enterprise network configuration, routing/switching (Cisco/Dell), Firewalls, Wi-Fi management, Radius infrastructure, and deploying QoS in LAN/WLAN environments.
- Cloud & Core Network Services: Practical experience setting up, troubleshooting, and automating cloud-based networks (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure), including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and managing DNS, DNSSEC, and SNMP.
