SUMMARY: The purpose of a shoulder cutter is to perform quality cuts on the shoulders of the front halves. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following: Use knife to perform quality cut on the front half shoulders on the cone line. After performing the cut drop wing onto wing belt Employee will grab the tender without excessive tearing and remove from the small front. Must be able to grip a knife and cut the shoulders. Employee will remove bones on a moving cone line. Must be able to work on a moving cone line running at approximately 36-72 birds per minute SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will not have supervisory responsibility.
