About the role
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the DIRECTOR MARITIME HEADQUARTERS of OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FACILITY. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.64% will be added to the stated salary. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Management of Military and Civilian manpower requirements and unit Manpower documents in a Service level manpower system (e.g. USN TFMMS/USMC TFSMS/USAF MPES) and/or Management of Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) submission processes for a command including prioritization of requirements based on Leadership and higher level guidance. Experience should demonstrate leadership and supervision of cross-functional teams, leveraging data analytics and stewarding process improvements. Experience with Service level programming and budgeting systems (e.g. PBIS) preferred.
