How You'll Make an Impact Cut greens, tees, fairways, and rough to maintain playing surfaces. Carry out routine maintenance such as verti-draining and hollow coring. Maintain bunkers to a high standard. Blow and sweep greens and tees to ensure presentation. Support upkeep of the driving range outfield, including grass maintenance and ball collection. Assist with general daily upkeep of the course and surrounding areas. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure consistent standards across the course throughout the year.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and pride in maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required.
• Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
• Commitment to safe working practices and adherence to health and safety procedures.
