Responsibilities

  • Manufacture intermediate to complex wire harnesses independently following schematics and work instructions.
  • Interpret technical schematics and drawings to ensure accurate assembly.

  • What you'll bring to the team:

  • Ability to perform soldering, crimping, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. unassisted and stand for extended periods.
  • Bonus Points:
  • IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
  • Experience working in aerospace and defense manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ISO/AS9100 standards.
