- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
- Experience with Workday reporting tools and Extend.

This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Workday modules, including Core HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Extend and others. This role will act as a product owner and Workday subject matter expert (SME), partnering closely with TraceLink's internal stakeholders to align system capabilities with business goals.
