Responsibilities
- We are looking for a skilled and versatile Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi-Skilled) to join our team. T his position is primarily based in Coventry, with travel to Birmingham and Worcester as required.

- Full UK driving license and able to drive manual vehicles
- Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and associated trade skills
- Proven experience working within the social housing sector, delivering maintenance and building services in both void and occupied properties
- Demonstrable understanding of health and safety legislation, best practice, and procedures, with the ability to provide examples of maintaining compliance within a repairs and/or maintenance environment
