Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a skilled and versatile Trade Engineer - Plumber (Multi-Skilled) to join our team. T his position is primarily based in Coventry, with travel to Birmingham and Worcester as required.
  • This is a hands-on role suited to a qualified plumber who can:

  • Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (essential)
  • Craft City & Guilds or S/NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (desirable)
  • CSCS Card holder (or equivalent) preferred
  • Full UK driving license and able to drive manual vehicles
  • Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and associated trade skills
  • Proven experience working within the social housing sector, delivering maintenance and building services in both void and occupied properties
  • Demonstrable understanding of health and safety legislation, best practice, and procedures, with the ability to provide examples of maintaining compliance within a repairs and/or maintenance environment
