Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in tree care, arboriculture, utility vegetation management, or related industry
  • Strong knowledge of climbing, rigging, aerial lift operations, chainsaw safety, and worksite safety practices
  • Experience conducting safety audits, inspections, or operational assessments
  • Experience delivering training or presenting to groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to travel throughout North America as required
  • ISA Certified Arborist
  • CTSP (Certified Treecare Safety Professional)
  • OSHA Outreach Trainer (10/30)
  • Utility vegetation management experience
  • Experience developing online training content
  • Consulting or loss control experience

  • $80,000 - $100,000 USD
