Responsibilities
- We are on the lookout for experienced Customer Sales Representatives who also prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences to join our NRMA Marine team. Your 'office' will be working on one of the most iconic harbours in the world!
- You must be able to work on a casual basis on a 7-day rotating roster with availability between 8am-5pm. Must be able to work evenings and busy event seasons.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a sales environment, including the ability to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to listen attentively, demonstrate patience with customers and problem solve effectively
- Demonstrates high level of professionalism, ability to maintain confidentiality and adherence to organisational policies and procedures
- Ability to operate a telephone system, computer systems and other office equipment
- Can work confidently on your own while also being a great team player
- General knowledge of Marine products and Sydney Harbour will be highly regarded
