Responsibilities
- Responsible for the monthly financial closingprocesses and preparation and review of monthly/periodic management reports
- Responsible for the preparation, review andfollow of balance sheet reconciliations
- Preparation of quarterly statements / year-endstatutory reports and preparing of tax computation
- Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budget
- Ensure proper internal controls are in place andbeing complied
- Assist with any other ad hoc projects asassigned by Finance Manager/Financial Controller
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or itsequivalent
- 5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction industry and experience with managing a team of accounts staff
- Experience in working in Xero integrated system environment
- Self-driven, highly energetic and committedindividual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
