RD Validation Engineer

About the role

The Validation Manager is responsible to synchronize and track all test activities in a project based on an overall test planning. He achieves this target by respecting the following boundary conditions: There shall be a single test plan for the project which includes the test strategy for the complete project. There shall be a project test schedule which shall be permanently synchronized with the discipline test schedules. The overall test process - including DV and PV - is monitored, inconsistencies or deviations from the planning are escalated to the Project Manager. Knowledge of test methods, techniques and tools. Skills to estimate tasks or perform a risk management. Knowledge of the defined test processes. Understanding of Segment product centers products and systems. Understanding of the customers' and users' needs and problems. Capability to analyze technical problems Capability to take initiative Creativity. Test Reports generation and technical reviewer. Generation and Tracking of KPIs. IATF 16949. ISO 17025. Technical knowledge of sensors. Experience 4-5 years.
