Data Center Infrastructure Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Data Center Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of mission-critical projects in Singapore. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings hands-on experience managing data center infrastructure deployments from initial planning through to final client handover.

Responsibilities

• As a key project lead, you will take full ownership of project execution and delivery:
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data center infrastructure projects
• Engage clients early to define project scope, requirements, and technical solutions
• Plan and coordinate logistics, including shipping, material readiness, and site preparation
• Oversee on-site implementation, including:
• Rack installation
• rPDU deployment
• Hot and cold aisle containment systems
• Cable tray and structured cabling works
• Cage installation
• Access control systems and CCTV
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and data center operators
• Provide regular progress updates and maintain clear stakeholder communication
• Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and risk factors to ensure smooth execution
• Lead testing, commissioning, and final acceptance and handover processes
• Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience delivering data center infrastructure or fit-out projects
• Strong technical knowledge of racks, rPDUs, containment systems, and cable management infrastructure
• Ability to independently manage projects with a high degree of ownership and accountability
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to project execution and quality assurance
• Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field preferred
• PMP certification is highly preferred
• Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, is mandatory
