What you will be working on Act as the primary liaison among Field Service Engineers, Planners, Buyers, Forecasters, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution Proactively escalate and follow up on customer requests via phone & email to ensure timely resolution. Cultivate a deep understanding of customer requirements and build strong customer relationships. Spares Ordering/Processing: Urgent customer order expedites. Consignment replenishment. Verifies and tracks customer backorders. Follow all ASM and Customer processes, e.g. RMA, FA, etc. Ensures 100% accuracy on the mutually aligned and agreed upon billing amount to be invoiced, including processing of credits/debits. Generates and provides weekly/monthly reports for customer on time delivery. Other duties as assigned. Working shift: Afternoon 14:00-23:00
