The role supports brand positioning, customer engagement, and business expansion by working closely with event organizers, corporate clients, and retail partners. The Marketing Assistant Manager is also responsible for strengthening the company's presence in the wholesale flower supply market, ensuring consistent communication with retail clients while promoting product offerings and services effectively. Specific Responsibilities The Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Planning and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to promote floral services, event solutions, and wholesale flower supply - Managing social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram) to create engaging content showcasing floral designs, event setups, and pastry arrangements - Supporting business development by identifying and engaging potential clients, including event organizers, corporate partners, and retail businesses - Coordinating marketing activities for weddings, corporate events, exhibitions, and private functions - Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels - Maintaining relationships with wholesale clients and retail partners to support ongoing flower supply operations - Conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities - Assisting in the preparation of promotional materials, proposals, and presentations for clients and events - Monitoring marketing performance metrics and optimizing campaigns to improve reach and engagement Technical Skills and Competencies The ideal candidate should possess a combination of marketing expertise, creativity, and industry knowledge relevant to the floral and event sector.
