Core Service Responsibilities Skincare : Performing facials, masks, peels, body scrubs, and spray tanning; analyzing skin and recommending treatments. Hair Removal : Waxing, sugaring, threading, or electrolysis for facial and body hair. Makeup : Applying makeup for daily wear or special events, and teaching clients application techniques. Nail Care : Manicures, pedicures, nail art, acrylics, and nail extensions. Hair Styling : Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and styling hair. Client & Business Responsibilities Consultation: Discussing client needs, analyzing skin/hair, and recommending appropriate treatments and products. Customer Service: Building client relationships, ensuring comfort, and providing guidance on at-home care. Sales : Cross-selling products, promoting services, and suggesting beauty routines. Hygiene : Maintaining clean workstations, tools, and adhering to health and safety standards. Administration : Booking appointments, managing client records, and monitoring inventory. Professional Development : Attending training for new techniques, products, and trends. Specialized Treatments Advanced Skin Therapies: Microdermabrasion, chemical peels, laser treatments. Specialized Hair Removal: Electrolysis or laser hair removal. Body Treatments: Massages, aromatherapy, and slimming treatments.
