Responsibilities
- You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Developing and managing your own portfolio of clients.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Sourcing, interviewing and assessing high-quality talent.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience is preferred.

- Proven ability in business development and full-cycle recruitment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient and commercially minded.
