Responsibilities
- As an Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic, you will:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair injection molding and compression molding machinery
- Maintain auxiliary equipment, production systems, and facility infrastructure
- Minimize downtime by responding to equipment breakdowns in a high‑speed manufacturing environment

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3 + years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or maintenance mechanic experience
- Proven ability to perform mechanical maintenance tasks to quality and safety standards
- Experience working with heavy-duty industrial equipment in manufacturing or production settings
- Ability to work independently on night shifts in a fast-paced environment
