Role purpose We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Risk & Compliance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our governance, risk, and compliance frameworks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of activities, partnering with stakeholders to ensure robust controls, strong regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. What you'll be responsible for You'll support the delivery of Vicinity's risk and compliance program across key focus areas: Risk & Compliance Frameworks - Maintain and enhance risk and compliance frameworks, including registers, policies, and governance documentation Policy Governance - Ensure policies and procedures remain current, compliant, and aligned with approval standards Regulatory & Compliance Support - Manage regulatory submissions (ASIC, AUSTRAC, Real Estate authorities) and respond to compliance queries Systems Administration - Support the administration and continuous improvement of risk and compliance systems (including C360) Monitoring & Assurance - Conduct control testing and assurance activities to ensure effective risk management practices Reporting & Insights - Analyse incident and compliance data, investigate issues, and deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights
