About the role

Job Role: This role also works closely with the Program Operation team to plan and implement any changes or new programs to ensure that the organization addresses beneficiaries needs adequately and in alignment with organizational goals and performance outcomes. This role should exercise a great amount of autonomy and courage to pilot new methods/delivery or eliminate redundancies to improve efficiency and quality of programs with the purpose of achieving DOT's mission. Nurturing a vibrant DOT Women Community that provides a sustained platform for safe and supportive peer connection, sense of belonging, mentoring other DOT Women of agency, exchange of ideas & continuous learning, as well as long-term empowerment beyond programme participation. This role oversees all program planning, ensuring efficient and effective development (in collaboration with the whole operations team) and implementation for program delivery throughout the year. This role ensures the yearly Job Readiness Programs (JRP) are planned and develops or maintains a set of operating guidelines to capture each program's delivery process that enables operational continuity, risk management and growth of the organization. Main Responsibilities Programmes Operation Support Senior Manager of Programmes & Operation to plan and oversee DOT programs to meet yearly KPIs Engage and liaise with new and existing partners to secure program venue and resources islandwide Ensure that program venues meet program requirements and logistics Prepare the relevant marketing materials for the various programs and disseminate to external partners Ensures healthy pipeline of referrals, effective programs including managing and projecting manpower resourcing, budgeting, physical resources etc Prepare program related reports and key milestones required by the organization and to external stakeholders Work closely with JRP team on monthly orientation calls, develop/curate content to share within community groups and build engagement. Review data input by JRP team, including signups, attendance and program feedback Sign off/Issue vouchers or savings match for financial literacy programmes based on beneficiaries' participation Organize and anchor DOT poverty sensitisation workshop for volunteers and public runs in both online and in-person delivery Highlight new or changing operational needs or advocacy points that require manpower, resources, budgetary and strategic provisions Provide inputs based on clients' feedback to facilitate co-design processes with clients, staff and partners to ensure programmes remain relevant and responsive. Provide feedback on programmes' inclusivity and culturally appropriateness for DOT's client base DOT Women Community Develop and grow the DOT Women Community as a sustained platform for peer connection, learning and long-term empowerment beyond programme participation. Design community programming and touchpoints that meet clients where they are - in-person, digital and hybrid - to support ongoing engagement and belonging. Partner with the Advancement teams to profile community stories and strengthen DOT's public brand. Identify and cultivate community ambassadors - clients and alumni who can mentor others, participate in advocacy and extend DOT's reach. Track community engagement metrics and use insights to improve programming and deepen the value of community membership for clients. Management Strategise and lead program operations, pre-empting any challenges and provide mitigation plans to ensure annual targets are met Reports to Head of Impact Identify gaps in the areas of support for DOT Women community partnership, propose and implement strategies to address these gaps Develop a SOP workflow for DOT Women Community Partnerships and be responsible in ensuring that SOPs are reviewed or enhanced based on the needs of the agency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that organisational outcomes are met Manage budget allocated for JRP and DOT Women community partnerships' related activities Who we're looking for Someone who is warm, collaborative, thoughtful, organized, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution, including organizing events, data entry, direct liaison and follow ups Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a growing organization Passion to work in social service sector Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems,Canva and Google Suite Knowledge in Singapore's Charities Act and relevant regulations preferred 5-8 years of relevant experience in programme operations, community programming and outreach
